FIRST GENERAL ELECTION EVENT ANNOUNCED
















1st Instigate general election event announced: PANEL: Dame Vivienne Westwood, Harriet Harman, Peter Tatchell, Simon Hughes, Jeremy Hunt.

SPECIAL GUESTS ON THE NIGHT
We also need people to submit a 100 word argument on why (or why not) 'the party is over' - on why political parties and the present political arena cannot provide the positive changes the electorate seek, or 100 words outlining why a party political system is essential. Submit your 100 word entry to the comments section of the link below and the best two arguments will be submitted as motions on the night, and whichever motion wins the vote, free gig time:

  2. blair was terrible and let us down.. however..
    labour made it possible for me as a single parent with a daughter with special needs, coming from a family that had no money to give, to get a MA paid, get back into employment by tax credits and have increased disability living allowance for my daughter.. in a country / world where we are not all born equal we need to make up for that as a society. having read as much as I can lib's are not clear and conservative are quite - and I feel genuinely sad that labour will be going!
    but that's just me.... !! xx
